Halloween Fright
By Luciano V.
Welcome to Halloween fright
Beware of curious magic that sends the moon
Goodbye where children cry CRY CRY
And dark rain falls
Shrunken pumpkin heads freely play
Skeleton bones as strange silvery
Ghosts hunt for your souls in the cold
Cats eat rotten mold in the darkness
Enter into the dusty old house
Where broken glass lines the walls
And lightning strikes it to life
I welcome you to Halloween fright
And beware of Halloween
Screaming Sands
by Jocelyn H.
Step into Screaming Sands
Where nothing is to be disturbed
Or you can start
an endless fall
and scream
your last goodbyes
Shipwrecks fall to dust
Mirrors you gaze into dissolve
Fly through exploding valleys
Where clocks tick
to the end of time
Misery comes with the wind
And the shadow of a ghost
streaks by
Swim in bloody rivers
Where invisible blind mice
chatter about
chained ghosts
Pianos and violins
play dead tunes.
Hope you make it to the end.
Welcome, and get ready
for a long night at
Screaming Sands.
Haunted Moon Island
By Christian
Welcome to shipwreck island
But beware
Oceans twist and rock with red water
And watch your step on dead bridge cove
If you fall off you disappear pulled by ghost hands
In the black by the old crew
Invisible blind violin grave the water and turn
Invisible candles flaring in the night
To stone freeze in terror
A ship in the darkness
In the ashes fly inside of endless shadows from
Battle cold storms don’t forget there’s no going back

Where
Whispering Willows
Wake

And shrunken heads hidden in homes accompanied by Mummies without Mommys

Haunted Mansion
By Destiny J.
Welcome to the Haunted Mansion
Be stunned when
the weeping ghosts
whisper your name
While mysterious figures are
getting ready to
pounce out
Be aware of the area
where two twins appear
feasting on
bones
Misery and heartbreak
are felt throughout
the rooms
A plea of help
will never be
answered
Misty eyes blink
dropping tears
of sorrow
Come, come now, lurk inside this
awfully pleasing home.

Forever Hidden
By Taylor U.
Come,
To the place
That’s FOREVER HIDDEN
Behind the
Dark
Moonlight
Where the
Unknown grave lays
And never
Wakes
All you can hear
Is a cry
Hidden behind
The sun
But no one ever finds it
It’s where ghosts dream about
Screaming snakes
The witches cackle silently
And all the colors
You see for miles
Are
Black
And
White
Everyone has
Questions
But no one has
Answers
If you think you understand
You don’t
If you have questions
Come with me
To the place
That’s FOREVER HIDDEN
To answer the questions

By Amanda S.
Join me at Halloween Hollow

Where witches soundlessly slip

Transparent tongues sing

Spiders will come home
after the death
of a
secret
Tall flames reach

Cold staring eyes
And beware because
When the black bird

The beauty of the night
Will vanish into

The curtain of halloween
will close
As the sun’s rays spill
over the mountain
So join me before
it’s too late
At halloween hollow
In the protection of night
