Honey Bears at the Sunnyoaks Fire Station

As a long-time favorite kinder field trip, the Sunnyoaks Fire Station finds fans at Village. The Honey Bears (Lori’s kinders) visited the Fire Station for their first field trip of the year and they enthusiastically answered the question “What did you like about the Fire Station trip?”

Angie: I liked the fire engine with the hose and big ladder
Arya: The fire truck makes a loud sound
Chad: I liked the kitchen and how they cooked for each other
Ellie: We got stickers
Geo: My favorite part was seeing their bedrooms
Grace: We learned they sound like Darth Vader when they put the mask on
Hannah: My favorite part was watching the firefighter dress up
J.J.: I learned their suits could melt
Jada: I got stickers and learned the ladder is tucked in a box
Joshua: I had lots of fun
Kaitlin: I had fun
Lyvia: I learned about the truck with cool stuff and went into the house and saw the furniture
Macey: I never saw a fire house before
Max: I learned about 911
Naomi: The firehouse had windows
Nolan: I learned that a firefighter slept on a bean bag
Oliver: The firefighter played Mario Kart and Fire Magnus and ate “Engine cheese”
Ovi: The firefighters wear strong clothes when they go to the fire
Rufus: My favorite thing was the fire engine because I liked the water hose
