On September 27th,  the Village community came together to celebrate our 30th Anniversary! The campus was filled with laughter, music, and memories as current students, families, and staff joined alumni from across the years to honor three decades of learning, growth, and friendship.

The celebration featured incredible performances by Gina and the Tonics (featuring our own Teacher Gina) and Petrichor (featuring a Village alumni student), whose upbeat music set the perfect tone for the day. Guests enjoyed delicious food from a variety of food trucks, while children played and families reconnected in every corner of the school. It was wonderful to see familiar faces returning to share stories from years past, as well as to welcome new families who are now part of our ever-growing community.

Throughout the afternoon, old friends reminisced about favorite teachers, field trips, and school traditions, while new friendships were formed under the same spirit of togetherness that has always defined our school.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to make this event such a memorable success. Here’s to the next 30 years of learning, laughter, and community at Village School!

Fourth and fifth grade students brought history to life this week as they presented their wax museum to the school community.  Both historic and contempory individuals were represented and included politicians, scientists, athletes and artists.  The fourth and fifth graders honed their presentation skills as they shared their stories with many lower grade visitors.  The younger students loved getting to see their big buddies in a new role.  We all learned a lot about the individuals that were respresented!
